2022 AFF U-19 Youth Championship squads explained

The 2022 AFF U-19 Youth Championship is an international football tournament that will be held in Indonesia from 17 July to 29 July 2024.^[1] Due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, the 11 national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of 28 players instead of the traditional 23, and at least 3 of whom must be goalkeepers; only players in these squads are eligible to take part in the tournament.
