Plot

The builders of one of the sections of the gas pipeline are proposing to move the site for the construction of a distribution station to a new, drier place. This simple transition will speed up the final delivery of the facility by a whole year. Complex negotiations were entrusted to the representative of the institute, project manager Oleg Ivanovich Loznevoy. An honest and principled engineer sees an absolute benefit from the implementation of this idea. Loznevoy worsens her relationship with the director of the institute and makes a difficult decision in this situation. He obtains agreement from interested parties and begins work on a new station design.
