Bilär (Tatar: Биләр|Bilär) is a rural locality (a selo) in Äläski District, Tatarstan. The population was 2204 as of 2010.[1] is located 50 km from Älӓski, district's administrative centre, and 141 km from Ԛazаn, republic's capital, by road.[2] [3] The village was established in 17th century on the place of the eponymous city.There are 32 streets in the village.[4]
