In December 2021, Alvi's book The Language of Paradise was published by Liberty Books, and the book was launched at the President House, Islamabad by the First Lady of Pakistan, Samina Alvi.[1] [2] The book was reviewed by Dawn and The Nation.[3] [4] Previously, in the same year, he became the first person with a disability in Pakistan to receive certification as a Microsoft Associate.[1] [5]

In 2022, Alvi was named as the Pride of Pakistan by ISPR.[5] [6]

In 2024, Alvi wrote and starred in the film A Walk with God. The film explores themes of identity, faith, and individual life journeys.[11]
