Lobulia brongersmai explained
Lobulia brongersmai, also known as the Brongersma's lobulia, is a species of skink, a lizard in the family Scincidae. The species is endemic to the island of New Guinea.
Habitat
The preferred natural habitat of L. brongersmai is forest, at altitudes of 1000–.
Etymology
The specific name, brongersmai, is in honor of Dutch herpetologist Leo Brongersma.[1]
Description
L. brongersmai may attain a snout-to-vent length (SVL) of 5.9cm (02.3inches).
Reproduction
The mode of reproduction of L. brongersmai is unknown.
