Malá Veleň (German: Klein Wöhlen) is a municipality and village in Děčín District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.

Malá Veleň lies approximately 8km (05miles) south-east of Děčín, 19km (12miles) north-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 74km (46miles) north of Prague.
