Ofe Ujuju is a local dish gotten from the south-eastern part of Nigeria. The soup is popular among the ika and Agbor people of Delta State.[1]
The soup is made with ujuju leaves (commonly known as "monkey fruit"), meats, fish, black pepper and seasoning cubes.[2]
It is served with eba, fufu, semovita (a glutinous derivative of semolina wheat) and pounded yam.
