Prikeba ("Keba") Reed Phipps (born June 30, 1969) is a retired volleyball player from the United States who represented her native country at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. There she finished in fifth place with the United States women's national volleyball team. Phipps also competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, South Korea, where she was the youngest player on the roster, at 19 years old.[1]
