Tromity (German: Tromitten)[1] is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Bartoszyce, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[2] It lies approximately 7km (04miles) east of Bartoszyce and 570NaN0 north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The Wierzbicki Polish noble family lived in the village.[3]
